High product quality and customer satisfaction are Quilt Basket's goals.  Please e-mail orders@quiltbasket.com with any problems with your order.  Only authorized returns will be accepted.  There will be a 25 percent re-stocking fee plus original shipping charges on authorized returns. Customer pays return shipping charges.  No returns on cut fabric.  You may cancel a block-of-the-month subscription at any time but no returns on blocks that have already shipped. verified 7/14/17
